Ow.

We started a new workout DVD yesterday.

And everything hurts. In a good way. But really hurts.

Geoff had to offer to help me put my tights on this morning, as I can barely bend over. I managed, but just barely.

Stairs are a challenge.

Bending slightly at the waist to brush my teeth is also a challenge.

It's all good, as it means my body is really working.

But ouch.

Lunges will get you.

love love love that feeling! try the physique 57 dvds or tracy anderson.... i've lost SERIOUS inches doing physique 57.

I've heard so many people say that about Physique 57. MacKenzie does it. I didn't know they had DVDs though. I'm def going to check that out! And Kate, my sister made me go to a Group Power class - complete with a barbell and step thingy and we did lunge after squat after crunch. It was Saturday and I'm still hurting! But it's good for us!!
