Victor has an actual hole in his heart. Which is either caused by:
a) the fact that he's not with you
b) too much fried food
c) the fact that he's been trotted out to sit on that rock for too many years and is just damn old

neither he nor the landlord speak english very much. so we've always thought our landlord was our superintendent and come to find out that every time we call to get a pipe fixed or a the heater turned on, frank our landlord calls Ifan to yell at him. so basically we realized we've gotten this poor guy yelled at countless times without knowing it. one day he said, why you not call super. and we were like huh? then we figured it all out. not a chance to explain the mishap to him unfortunately. oh well, thats what you get when you live in the most culturally diverse place in the universe.
This is why I love the city!
